Corrected and updated the timing of GAI measurements in the Appendix.
20200316 Clarified that the AGB measurement at peak AGB must be done in CPs and SP-I locations. Clarified that in crop mixtures AGB, directly measured GAI and litter must be measured at species level. Corrected some lines in section Submission.
20191123 Corrected some inconsistencies and textual errors. Added canopy height as a separate variable. Added an example figure for biomass separation between organs in cereals. Clarified timing of GAI measurement.
20180126 Clarified that AGB measurement must be done also in the CP. Frame for the harvest residual reduced to 0.5x0.5 m. Added information about the Submission of BADM variables.
20170911 Clarified that true N must be considered, AGB expanded to all the SP-I locations, corrected inconsistencies.
